Snacks at Erin's

"There's some things you can count on. The sun's going to go down, the sun's going to rise....And Erin, if you go to her house, is always going to have good food."
-Lawson Bates

As part of Evan Stewart's scavenger hunt courtship "proposal," the Paines invited some of the couples over to their cottage for snacks and refreshments. As usual, Erin went all out and blew everyone away.

  8. During that episode UP placed a little pop up on the corner of the screen to getting her recipes on their site. I went the UPtv web page, but couldn't find any of Erin's recipes.

  11. She has come a long way from the original show, United Bates of America. At that time she was young & didn't want to learn how to cook. She has developed into what seems to be a wonderful cook! She also has become such a lovely example of a Christian wife, mother, sister & friend. I admire Erin & Chad so much. They are such a blessing along with the whole Bates family. ~CS

    1. I agree with you. Erin has come a long way, but it doesn't really surprise me as she is a quick leaner, college educated, plays piano incredibly...has music CD's out...awesome example to other young mothers out there.
