Willow Did What?!

Whitney Bates

"I've been trying so hard not to set exceptions for what it's going to be like going from one to two. I know it's going to be so different and probably harder than I think and imagine it to be."

-Josie Balka

Has your child ever done something like this? In the promo video below of Thursday's season finale episode, Josie shares a horrifying but hilarious moment involving Willow, and Whitney can't hold back her laughter.

  1. Whitney is missepelling her own baby's name! It's "Jadon"!

    1. When they first announced the name it was "Jayden", then when he was born they said "Jadon", so they changed the spelling, and this video must be from before the change

    2. No. If Jaden's name is spelled JADEN then Whitney above all should know.

    3. Only Whitney would know how to spell it. Maybe it is Jaden.

    4. This video clip was recorded back when the spelling was going to be "Jayden". They then changed it to "Jadon" so I guess she had to paint a new stump!

    5. She's not misspelling it. They changed their minds about the spelling.

    6. They initially announced his name as Jayden while Whitney was pregnant, but they ended up deciding on Jadon. :)

  2. Haha! Not for Josie though. She has to clean it up. Do you have another room g=for Hazel where Willow wouldn't set a bad example?

    Love your fam!

  3. My oldest daughter also did that! If they wake up and poop before parents wake up it seems they'll dig into their diaper and smear it everywhere! Willow took hers completely off!

  4. Absolutely I have had a toddler do that! Children have a way of surprising and humbling us...and then later, when we’ve recovered, giving us hilarious stories to share...😂

  5. MO- I've heard of peoples children doing that.... It's probably the only thing my boys didn't do! Haha! I don't think it's unusual through. No worries- :o)

  7. My oldest daughter tried to sample her poop. With 5 kids, there are LOTS of stories!

  8. I thought JADON was spelled JADON, and not JAYDEN, like on the stump Whitney was painting...?

    1. Yeah, me too! I noticed that also. I guess Whitney would be the one who knows how to spell it though.

    1. For just that reason?

    2. The good far outweighs the bad. With most kids, anyway.

    3. I’m 8:55. I have OCD. I’m extremely sensitive to a lot of smells and sounds. Additionally, bodily fluids repulse me. Therefore, having a baby would be very difficult for me. Please don’t judge me.

    4. @9:26 I'm sorry you are sruggling. My daughter suffered terribly with severe OCD, to the point where she could hardly function due to her obsession with cleanliness and order. She was fortunate to find an outstanding treatment center that focused on Exposure Resonse Therapy. It has turned her life around! The OCD will always challenge her, but now she has the tools to manage it. She holds down a steady job as a professional artist and is getting married in a few months. I never thought those things would be possible. We are so proud of her!
