I always love clips about the families memories or the games even the tasting videos.
ReplyDeleteI find it strange referring to their pet horse to be like a member of their family, yet Zach refers to the horse as 'it'. Why not refer to 'a member of the family' as either he or she?
ReplyDeleteIsn't he calling the horse "it" now because it is years later and he doesn't still think of it as a person?
DeleteI would imagine he meant no harm... he is just giving an interview about a topic he was asked about and he is answering it on the spot. I imagine if all of us had our every words monitored on a day to day basis, someone would find something “wrong” with everything we say. Besides, the horse does not care.
DeleteThe horse identifies as "it". Let's be respectful of that. :) Cats and dogs are considered as family members by some, so why not horses too. LOL .
ReplyDeleteSome people do that I guess. My mom & grandmother refer to all babies as “it”.
ReplyDeleteIf it's a member of the family, I find it hard to believe that no one noticed it was pregnant, and that there was so little fanfare.
