Another Bates is engaged! Warden, who turns 23 later this month, popped the question to his girlfriend, Kaybrie Patterson, and she said yes. You might remember from our previous post about this couple that Kaybrie plays college basketball.
10:44 No, there isn't anything wrong with that. Neither is there anything wrong with not doing that. There can be something very wrong if people are pressured by society, culture, government, religion, or nosy friends/relatives to "settle down" and start a family before they're barely out of high school or college. With the rising cost of living and prices out of control, it's little wonder many are postponing getting married and having kids, or forgoing it altogether.
One question, will you mainly be focusing on the BATES family and not the Duggars mainly because of I will say garbage that their sons are involved in. Just wondering. I just read that you have been on this type of job for 16 years with the Duggars- congratulations on staying with one family for 16 years. I always thought that writers for families stay about 8 to 10 years and then move on. I learned something new.

I’m so happy for them!
ReplyDeleteSo happy for them!!
ReplyDeleteShe'll forget all about college in about 5 minutes.
ReplyDeleteIf Warden is more important to her then college then he's a lucky man to have obtained such a prize.
DeleteWomen are not prizes. @8:19
Delete@8:39 he won her heart when she consented to be his bride. A prize is won. He pursued her hand and she bestowed it.
DeleteAre we not surprised? Marriage then babies start.
ReplyDeleteNothing wrong with that!

DeleteWell said 11:48! Absolutely agree. How much of that pressure did we see watching the Bates and Duggar shows. And how we have seen it backfire.
DeleteCongratulations and God bless!
ReplyDeleteThat's nice. Time for Gil and Kelly to start downsizing.
ReplyDeleteWhy would they? They still have kids at home plus host their grown kids and grandkids regularly.
DeleteWhy would they want to downsize from a house that was basically given to them? Next house they'd have to pay for themselves.
DeleteCongratulations god bless warden and kaybrie sending prayers !!!
ReplyDeleteI must not be up to date. I thought he had a different girlfriend.
