Updates from Michaela and Brandon Keilen are fewer and farther between, as they focus on being foster parents to their two little boys, ages three and infant. They just uploaded a long video to YouTube that includes details on their summer travels and updates on their foster journey. Brandon's trilogy, which is geared towards a middle school reading level, is currently on a huge sale, so if you have been thinking about ordering it, now is the time.

I’m so happy that they get to live and care for these two little boys!
ReplyDeleteI’m sure those little boys are being loved so much!
ReplyDeleteUpdates from Michael and Brandon should be "few and far between". They are busy raising 2 very young children who deserve confidentiality. I don't expect to hear anything from these parents for a very long time.
ReplyDeleteI hope they stop with the "updates" as the children shouldn't be on the videos. I wonder if the agency that is in charge of foster children knows that they're being talked about on the internet.
DeleteAs long as they don't show their faces I don't think it's not allowed to talk about them.
DeleteThey have been very discreet about the boys. Just ages, which is allowed.
DeleteSTOP TELLING MICHAELA WHAT TO DO, SHE IS SUPER SMART!!!! SHE CAN HAVE THIS BABY TIME!!!! HER SISTERS GOT LOTS TOO!!!! DON'T TAKE SOMEONE JOY AWAY!!!!!
ReplyDeleteJUSTINE PEOPLE ARE WORRIED ABOUT THESE BOYS BECAUSE THEY'RE FOSTER CHILDREN, AND THEY MUST HAVE COME FROM A VERY BAD SITUATION TO BE TAKEN AWAY FROM THEIR PARENTS AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE! THEY'RE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR PRIVACY!!!
DeleteAgree needs to stop talking about someone else's children. Should 'nt be allowed.
DeleteWell said Justine. They aren't exposing the children or doing anythingwrong. God bless them on this incredible journey through life. 💗
DeleteNobody is taking joy away. They are only questioning if it's smart in this day and age to talk about your children online, especially ones you are fostering. There may be other parents and a foster system involved here too, so it's more than just a sister talking about "baby time." It's a question of privacy and safety for all involved. Focus should be on that, not sharing details with everyone.
DeleteYes they are, 12:47. They have care of someone else's children and are very publicly talking about that situation. How would you feel if your kids were taken away and then you found out that the person who has them is talking about them to strangers in videos online in order to get views and payment? That is pretty mind-blowing and I can't believe the foster agency allows it, let alone any foster parent thinking it's the right thing to do! It's very self-serving, at the least. Harmful to everyone involved too.
DeleteThese are not their children shouldn't discuss them @ all
