I've always felt that to a large extent, girls can be challenging in ways that boys are not and vice versa. Our daughters hunted and fished, especially with their dad. All 3 children grew up to be responsible individuals whether they were at work or at home. This was especially evident in the time before her wedding. She basically opted out of doing anything and turned it all over to her sisters and Mother. I never understood why she didn’t wait to get married a few months when her schooling was overand step up to her responsibilities.
