Do they clean at all? I am from a family of six and we counted cleaning the cars as a regular chore. My siblings and I would take turns helping mom or dad wash the two family cars and clean up the inside also. I can't believe so many of these children don't know the basic life skills such as cooking or cleaning. I love the Bates, but It seems that they are more concerned with marriage and babies rather than working on simple skills like cooking and cleaning. I can't imagine never having cleaned your car!
