How are Trace and Lydia Bates doing? Kaia is six months old, and Ryker is two. Trace and Lydia
just uploaded a new YouTube video that features a few different story lines. They are outgrowing their two-bedroom home and are looking for more space, so they are on the hunt for a new house. In the video, you’ll see them tour some potentials, and you’ll see Trace and the kids spend time at “the big house.” Later, Lydia, heads to the hospital to support Josie Balka as she delivers her fourth baby.
There will be an empty house one of these days, one with a remodeled back yard. Why don't Carlin and Evan hand the keys over to Trace and Lydia? After all, Carlin likes to give things away personally. Very generous.
ReplyDeleteThey lived in their tiny 2 bedroom house for many years. They were very creative with the small space using every space as their family grew from couple to family of 4. They made it very cozy and so cute nursery, bath seem BIG with Trace renovation and Lydia making their bedroom so pretty. and remodeled the kitchen too!! I know they will find the right house BIG enough for their family of 4 and more children in future. They are blessed to have their big brother Zach to be a realtor. He can get them the house of their dreams at a GREAT price just like the Stewart family!! Happy house hunting Trace and Lydia!!
ReplyDeleteRealtors should be respecting the price the sellers want, not trying to get a GREAT price for the buyer. Yeah they can help with the negotiation process, but if a seller wants a certain price, they sure don't want a non-listing agent nosing around trying to get them to lower it. The price for that house was probably GREAT because it had so many structural issues and the seller knew that. Probably wanted to unload it fast.
DeleteWow this home looks like overworked remodels that haven’t been done with an architect.. the random stairs going up and down around the home are peculiar and the home looks like a mishmash. When we added on and remodeled we secured an architect who drew plans for the addition, the results being no one can tell we added on an extra family room with fireplace. The architect plans were approved by the city since we live in a planned community.
ReplyDeleteThey should buy Carlin and Evan's old house since they are moving soon in the new year to their mansion house they purchased last month and are renovating. Trace and Lydia could probably get a good deal since they're family and Zach is probably going to be the realtor selling for Carlin and Evan.

DeleteThey want a house with land. And we all want new cars under our trees tomorrow. You can't always get what you want. Sometimes in life you have to be patient and wait. Even with lots of money to spare, it isn't always a good idea to have instant gratification for everything you want.

ReplyDeleteTrace and Lydia know what they are looking for and what their family needs. Maybe C&E’s “old” house is not the dream home they envisioned. It’s not for everyone.
I have no idea why a 2 bed isn’t large enough for a family of four.
