  1. I would have to say I would be with Zach. Gil, has a sweet and loving heart about it. He does try as Katie’ says but, Zach is a cooker everyone loves his food.

  2. I would side with Gil. If you washed it off and then cooked it a little longer, I'd eat a hot dog that had fallen on the ground. I mean, how much cleaner if the grill itself?

  3. Will the filming of their TV show take a hiatus? I would think the production/camera crew would need to isolate themselves for awhile like the rest of the country is doing.

    1. There are some production companies taking a break. I guess each one is taking a case by case basis. I wouldn't be surprised if the show went on hiatus.

  6. Well, I've worked in a factory where hyegene wasn't great so Gil is right washing the hot dog would be needed in any circumstance, and people eat at restaurants knowing chefs don't all follow regulations of hyegene, because the chef himself isn't going to be eating it.

  8. I agree with Zach 100%. Although Gill is compassionate about his hotdogs, if one fell on the ground right where a dog peed, that makes the hotdog full of bacteria. And water doesn't get rid of the bacteria either. And you never know what people have on the bottom of their shoes and if they stepped where the hotdog landed, eww. If you think about it, that is kind of gross.

  9. Yes of course you can eat a hotdog that has fallen on the ground as long as you rinse thoroughly, then back on the grill till good and hot! Nothin' wrong with that!
