What I do dislike is the improper use of English such as "me and Dad". We were taught that you wouldn't say "me went to town" so you also shouldn't say "me and Dad went to town". First of all the proper phrase would reference the other person first, and you should use the word "I" instead of "me". So proper English would be "Dad and I went to town". I know I'll get hit by people who say this isn't important, but I personal feel lack of proper English makes one seem uneducated, which this family is not.
